The Brunet family produces this quality terroir wine in the heart of Vouvray in small numbers (only 3,000 bottles per year). Made from Chenin, it has all its characteristics: powerful, balanced, but fruity, and with a certain capacity for aging. The grapes come from vines which are all over 40 years old and which are pruned to "dust". It will be ideal to accompany an old Comté, or a chicken with lemon and raisins.
