Produced in three different vineyards with atitudes ranging from 210 to 510 meters above sea level, it is the youngest and freshest expression of the Sangiovese aromas.
Vinified in steel for about twenty days, it passes an aging period of about a year both in French tonneaux of 5 HL and 7 HL and in Slovenian oak barrels of 30 HL.
