Clos Salanca is rediscovering the history and legacy of the Priorat. Very small quantities, made by hand, certified organic, and only the historical varieties of the region are used: Grenache Noir, Carigan and Grenache Blanc. From the small parcel that produces their top white Grenache, Cap Blanc is only available in years that allow sufficient volume at harvest. Barrel fermented and aged, this 100% white Grenache showcases the quality potential of white wine in the Priorat.
