From stars & dust, founded in 2020 and located in Santa Ynez, this is their inaugural vintage. Only 80 cases were made of this lovely old vine Chardonnay (from 43 yr old vines). A truly classic and elegant nose, with yellow stone fruits, lemon chiffon and notes of flint and musk. On the palate this wine has a super silky texture with a plush mid palate balanced with just enough acidity on the backend for a true “mouth-gasm”. Notes of lemon curd, fresh baked croissant and a little white tea to round it all out.
