Den Sake Brewery is the first sake brewery in Oakland, California, founded in 2017 and making handcrafted, small-batch sake from Cal-Hikari rice grown in the Sacramento Valley. 

Nama (unpasteurized) sake means the sake is pressed and bottled without any pasteurization. The result is a sake with refreshing, vibrant, emphatic flavors. The flavor profile will gradually change as time passes.

Inviting aroma of orange blossom, nectarine, celery and spearmint, with a hint of underlying caramel. On the palate it shows pleasant bitterness of dark green that brightens, with acidity-led and mouth-watering tail on the finish.
