Behold the Sacrificial Oat.
Sacrificial Oat is the most heavily dry-hopped beer we've ever made. This 6.66% ABV, 57 IBU Hazy IPA is excessively hopped with Mosaic, Citra, and Simcoe. We have been rewarded with an abundance of bright citrus and ripe berry notes. Sacrificial Oat is designed for West Coast heathens, so it's markedly more bitter than the Calvinist versions of the style.
