After a long and slow fermentation of about 5 months, the cider is bottled and stored in our cellars for over a year. It thus develops tannic, smoky and slightly leathery aromas.
Lovers of traditional cider will appreciate this cider with character, rustic and drier. Yellow-orange in color, it has a slight bitterness which makes it a thirst-quenching cider.
This cider can be enjoyed during a meal, as an accompaniment to dishes (meat, fish, seafood) or Norman cheeses (Camembert de Normandie AOP, Pont-L’Evêque AOP and Livarot AOP).
It can also be tasted in kir, with a fruit cream (raspberry, blackberry, blackcurrant).
Bottles can be stored upright, between 8 and 12 ° C.
In good storage conditions, this cider can be kept for 2 years. Cider is a living product; over time, the aromas will evolve and the cider will become drier.
