Sparkling wine, fresh and fine.
Cuvée made from Pinot Noir, with a maceration of a few hours directly on the press to bring it its beautiful salmon color and notes of fresh red fruit.
Aged on slats between 12 and 18 months in order to reveal the characteristic fruit of the grape in the best possible way. During disgorgement, the sugar dosage is limited to 4g / l in order to offer a wine as natural as possible.
