Currently focusing on Sonoma County, Napa Valley and the overall Wine of California appellation, each glass embodies the soul of the vineyards, orchards, and farms that make up this bucolic California landscape.
Fruit for our Sauvignon Blanc is grown primarily in the Russian River Valley and along the Sonoma Coast. The grapes are harvested at night and immediately sorted at the winery. After pressing, the juice settles overnight. The juice is then carefully transferred to neutral oak barrels and stainless steel tanks for fermentation, preserving the unique and intense aromatics of the varietal.
Bursting with notes of ripe melon, Key lime, and grapefruit, this wine is bright, refreshingly crisp, possesses ample texture, and begs for a second glass.
