From Jamaica, this has very deep, dark aromas of cola and molasses funk. Sweet but woody, full of molasses and cola flavors. This rum begs to be mixed with tropical flavors and served over ice, maybe even with an umbrella.

Made in Venezuela, Reserva Exclusiva opens up with aromas of orange peel, toffee and licorice, it is smooth on the palate, and follows on with notes of toffee fudge that offers a seductive, long-lasting finish.

Made in Jamaica, this rum contains only Wedderburn and Plummer pot still distillates, famous for their notes of caramelized banana, exotic fruits and spice and earthy finish. This is old-school rum.

From Trinidad, Scarlet Ibis is a blend of 3-5 year rums, with flavors of toffee, tobacco, and dark honey on a firm, dry backbone. This is old-school rum, without the influence of other wines and spirits, chill filtration, excess dilution, or added sugar.

A California rum made in Oakland and based on 100% Grade-A black strap molasses from Georgia. Black strap molasses is the inkiest, most bitter of the sugar byproducts and adds a beautiful depth of character to our rum that is both buttery and floral.
