Amatitena Tequila Reposado is made from 100% blue agave tequila that undergoes a meticulous aging process in American oak barrels for at least three months. This aging period provides a smooth and refined taste, complemented by the rich flavors derived from the wood. It is made using a traditional copperpot still, Tahona process, and small batch production.
Gentle smoky agave notes in the initial aroma that dissipate quickly, giving way to orange zest and cinnamon. On the palate there is the zest of orange, the warmth of cinnamon, the subtle spiciness of pepper, and the aromatic essence of baking spice.
