VINIFICATION
Embracing the ancestrale method of Petillant Naturel, Guillaume Lefèvre stops the fermentation before all the natural sugar has been eaten up, resulting in extra carbon dioxide (BUBBLES!) produced as the yeast eats the sugar.
NOTES
Bubbles are gentle, but present, flavors are full and more than modestly present. A fresh, clean, zippy and funk-free Pet Nat from biodynamically farmed vineyards in Provence!
