Whenever someone comes into the shop asking for something light, without too much tannin and gobs of fruit, I reach for this. Fruity without being overtly so, it remains fresh and light on its feet thanks to Markus’ deft hands. Perfect on its own, but also works remarkably well with red sauce fish dishes like cioppino or zuppa di pesce.
