Fidencio Mezcal comes from Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca, México and is based on four generations of mezcal production, as well as based on 100% Espadín agave left to mature at least 10 years.
Clásico is a traditional, Oaxacan Mezcal roasted in a wood-fired earthen oven. The flavor is a complex balance of fruit, spice and smoke. Earthy and slightly fruity on the palate, with mineral, smoke, and dried herbs, with a consistent fruit and agave undertone.
