The Brut version, done with 7 grams of dosage offers a bit more brightness in its citrus and floral-infused flavors and lightness in texture next to the Extra Brut version. Ultimately, the differences between the Extra Brut and Brut versions of the Delos are more stylistic than qualitative. Disgorged: March 2017.
