Founded outside Edinburgh in 2012, The Herb Garden is the only distillery to have a fully functional botanical garden with over 600 naturally grown and tended varieties of herbs and flowers. Made with hand-harvested lemon verbena, juniper, coriander, Angelica root and winter savory, this is a crystal clear gin with aromas of citrus, lemon sherbet, and hints of herbs. Its zesty flavors are intermingled with juniper.
