2021 Dom. Jean-Marc Millot Bourgogne Passetoutgrain 750 ml

Availability: In stock (23)

The Passetoutgrain or Coteaux Bourguignons is a regional appellation composed of Pinot Noir and Gamay. The plot “Les Autrots” is made of 70-80’s giving a little yield, but a great grape quality. The clay-limestone soil of the end of the Faille des Crus gives wines with very reasonable yields for this type of appellation (25hl/ha)

Les Autrots is a natural wine. Vinification is carried out in whole bunches with indigeneous yeasts and aging is made in amphorae and barrels. Sulfur is set aside to preserve the raw state of the wine. This philosophy allows us to preserve the fruit as much as possible.

Vinification with whole bunches allows the wine to express floral aromas and great freshness. During tasting, the wine delivers tastes of beautiful red fruits. It is a very fresh wine with a great drinkability.
