Hamilton

Created in collaboration with Anthony Schmidt of San Diego's famous tiki bar False Idol, this is a full-strength blend of 85% aged Demerara rums from Guyana and 15% heavy-bodied Jamaican pot still rum from Worthy Park Estate. 

This full-flavor blend of pot and continuous still rums includes both light and heavy rums – the latter distilled in wood pot and column stills. Rich flavors of dark stone fruit, smoky wood, burnt cane, treacle and brown spice.

his pot still rum embodies the heavy aroma and flavor of Jamaican rum. Over-ripe bananas dominate the aroma and yield to spice, sugar cane and ripe fruit in the body. The finish is reminiscent of the aroma with ripe bananas and vegetal notes.
