According to Ha'aretz, Tulip winery is one of the best boutique wineries, whose quality of wine improves every single year. You will be hard-pressed to disagree after experiencing Tulip Just Cabernet Sauvignon. This small-production wine is sourced from low-yielding vineyards in the Upper Galilee, painstakingly vinified by winemaker Tamir Artzi and his support team, and aged in premium French Oak barrels for 8 months. What you get is a deep purple wine with soft, pleasant tannins, aromas of violet, cassis and toast and lively, complex blackberry flavors. Try this with a well-made meatloaf, baked manicotti or duck confit.
In the aging process, we added about 5% Carignan and about 5% Viognier to the truth of the wine for the unique character and style that we strive to emphasize in the Tulip series.
