The Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Doc Classico Superiore "La Staffa" is the perfect example of the concept of drinkability so dear to Riccardo Baldi. Fermentation takes place in steel and cement tanks, the refinement on its own fermentation lees lasts a few months. It is an expressive wine of the territory in which it is born. The good freshness and the marked sapidity enhance well-defined fruity aromas, enriched by notes of flint and hay.
