St. George Spirits was founded in 1982 in Alameda; it's one of the oldest US craft spirits producers.
The pear liqueur starts with their pear brandy and adds fresh fruit juice. This brings down the proof (from 40% alcohol by volume to 20% alcohol by volume) and transforms the crystal clear brandies into jewel-toned liqueurs. Both elegant and earthy, this liqueur has all the complexity of a perfectly ripe Bartlett pear. Cinnamon and clove add a warm touch of spice.
