Rum & Sugar Cane Spirits

Located on the island of Kaua'i, Hawaii, Koloa is made from pure cane sugar and rainwater from Mount Waiʻaleʻale. A white rum that finishes with light toasted coconut, hints of fresh lime zest and the slightest bit of caramelized pineapple.

Created in collaboration with Anthony Schmidt of San Diego's famous tiki bar False Idol, this is a full-strength blend of 85% aged Demerara rums from Guyana and 15% heavy-bodied Jamaican pot still rum from Worthy Park Estate. 

Hampden Estate 2022 Great house Rum Jamaica 750 ml

A California rum made in Oakland and based on 100% Grade-A black strap molasses from Georgia. Black strap molasses is the inkiest, most bitter of the sugar byproducts and adds a beautiful depth of character to our rum that is both buttery and floral.  

From Martinique, this is an unaged rum made from fresh sugarcane juice. Flavors of sugarcane, citrus fruit and light floral notes make up the nose and palate. Great for cocktails.
