A California rum made in Oakland and based on 100% Grade-A black strap molasses from Georgia. Black strap molasses is the inkiest, most bitter of the sugar byproducts and adds a beautiful depth of character to our rum that is both buttery and floral.  

Created in collaboration with Anthony Schmidt of San Diego's famous tiki bar False Idol, this is a full-strength blend of 85% aged Demerara rums from Guyana and 15% heavy-bodied Jamaican pot still rum from Worthy Park Estate. 

The rum was distilled at Jamaica's Worthy Park Estate using local molasses, cane juice, and crushed cane stalks from the Jamaican highlands. Distilled in copper pots and aged in ex-Bourbon barrels in the UK, the absence of added color or flavoring creates

Made in Jamaica, this rum contains only Wedderburn and Plummer pot still distillates, famous for their notes of caramelized banana, exotic fruits and spice and earthy finish. This is old-school rum.

his pot still rum embodies the heavy aroma and flavor of Jamaican rum. Over-ripe bananas dominate the aroma and yield to spice, sugar cane and ripe fruit in the body. The finish is reminiscent of the aroma with ripe bananas and vegetal notes.
