St. George Spirits was founded in 1982 in Alameda; it's one of the oldest US craft spirits producers.
The St. George Spirits teams produce three different Gins, each with a very different flavor profiles. The Dry Rye Gin uses a base of 100% pot-distilled rye to produce a gin for whiskey lovers—and for gin im-purists willing to take a walk on the rye side. Only 6 botanicals are involved: juniper berries are the star here (50% more than in either of the other two gins), complemented by black peppercorn, caraway, coriander, grapefruit peel, and lime peel.
