The Dry Rye Gin uses a base of 100% pot-distilled rye with only 6 botanicals: juniper berries are the star here (50% more than in either of the other two gins), complemented by black peppercorn, caraway, coriander, grapefruit peel, and lime peel.

The California Reserve Apple Brandy is like an apple orchard in your glass, with soft notes of honey and baking spices. Made from a field blend of local apples sourced from a single family-owned orchard in Mendocino County.

The pear liqueur starts with their pear brandy and adds fresh fruit juice. Both elegant and earthy, this liqueur has all the complexity of a perfectly ripe Bartlett pear. Cinnamon and clove add a warm touch of spice.
